Dear Sir,
we bring to your kind notice that we are being put to a great inconvenience by noise. We find that loudspeakers and bands are blaring day and night. As you are aware, our annual examinations are to commence shortly but we are unable to concentrate ourselves to our studies owing to high pitched noise. We believe there is a noise Control Act requiring the stoppage of use of loudspeakers after the prescribed hours but nobody seems to brother to follow it or see that it is enforced.
We earnestly request you to look into the matter and take steps to stop the nuisance with immediate effect.
